We had a delicious house pinot noir at Bend Brewing. It was called No Clos Radio and led me down a rabbit hole, where No Close Radio is a vineyard in a tiny part of Willamette called Tualatin Hills, and there are several producers that I could find: Maloof and Fossil & Fawn. And is a restaurant! The onion keeps unpeeling.
One of the gems that sticks with me from DAKT is always order the Jura if you see it on a menu or in a store. It’s rung very true for me: I have yet to taste a Jura wine I don’t like. Apparently this is a trend.
