- Every year, I feel like there’s one item at LL Bean that I just have to have. This year? A throw hoodie … can you imagine sitting around a campfire in this baby?
- Speaking of legacy, east-coast-woodsy brands, how, er, great is this The Great x Eddie Bauer collab? LOVING the reversible puffer, and just the vibe overall.
- And holy men’s clothes, batman. Everything on this website would look great on me OR my handsome humanitarian warrior or my brother or my dad or even lil ally ;).

Been a minute since we shared some watchings, but there are two shows I want to watch and two new shows I am devouring (you know I’m still all up on the Chicagos)
- Need to watch: The Empress (Netflix)
- Need to watch: Spiral (Amazon)
- Recommend: Fire Country (cheesy but addicting, CBS); The Blacklist (way late to the party, also addicting but have not made it to the season yet where it apparently goes whacko, NBC)
Eat and Drink All The Things
- … out of Tossware, who are lowering their prices on their Reserve line (colored tumblers! stemless martini glasses!). Love a company going counterculture.
- I have a new favorite protein cookie recipe, and it’s pretty bulletproof in terms of substitutions (or really even measuring anything).
- Is it just me or is caviar EVERYWHERE right now?
