5:30pm: 1rm Back Squat = 110kg (242.5#)* Rowing Helen = 9:35 3 rounds 400m Row 21 kbs 16kg 12 pull ups *definitely felt the hammy coming out of the bottom of the squat … not pain, exactly, but strong feeling … hard to explain. Recovered quickly though.
