Grateful that this trip, we felt like we really lived there. It was incredible, both grounding and expansive, and I was so happy.
Great music on the mountain from singer-songwriter Adam Craig after a glass-bottomed gondola ride on the new cable car. Our favorite brunch at MTN Prime. Frothy Cup. Vintage Moose. Mountain Made, Mountain Exchange. Yards Taphouse. Yards BBQ. All our favorite places.
The burro races, which were hilarious and awesome, and led us to hanging with our neighbors eating smashburgers and relaxing with the kiddos before heading to town and running into (our) Paul Rudd, who we hadn’t seen in a year and was just as happy to see us as we were him.
Plus, bonus time with my twin and her husband.
This week, I’ve been sick, so taking it easy, but am grateful for sand volleyball and my doubles partner. It’s nice playing. Grateful for Shed Pilates. Enormous garden cucumbers. Cold morning lattes left for me. The baby’s laughter. My god the baby’s laughter and/or the laughter of the baby and her cousins! Incredible. Office FaceTimes. Surprise birthday dinner, HAPPY BIRTHDAY to my childhood bestie! Family time. Estate sales with my sis in law.
Grateful tonight for a girls night to see my favorite podcaster/comedian, Jared Freid!
