Fizzy Wheatgrass Hydration (the weirdest three words I’ve ever put together?)

I average 2 nalgenes at work a day, and consider 3 nalgenes a good day. This doesn’t include a nalgene consumed during fitness—and I believe at least one nalgene should be consumed per fitness activity. In short, I’m all about hydration.

I drink BCAAs and electrolytes and use lemon and do all sorts of things to ensure I don’t get “bored” of water … I am super stoked to add CitraGreen to my routine.

CitraGreen is basically an effervescent multivitamin with wheatgrass! Greens and water? Yep. It tastes faintly of lemon but isn’t overpowering, and it’s lightly fizzy without being overbearing.

Bennies:

electrolytes POTASSIUM, CALCIUM, MAGNESIUM, PHOSPHOROUS, IRON + 4 more essential minerals.
Contains Vitamin A, Vitamin C and Iron for a healthy immune system.
Contains Vitamin E, Manganese and Selenium antioxidants which contribute to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.
Complete Vitamin B complex (6 B Vitamins) to combat Vitamin B deficiency and boost energy levels – with Vitamin B2, Vitamin B3, Vitamin B5, Vitamin B12 and Iron which contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Also contains Vitamin B1.
Contains Vitamins D2 (ergocalciferol) like many Vitamin D foods to combat symptoms of Vitamin D deficiency or low Vitamin D.

I can’t say my life has turned around or anything since I started drinking CitraGreen (daily)(in my nalgene), but at $11.99/10 (about $1.20 per disc), it’s a great product to switch up my water-drinking routine. Anything to stay hydrated!
