TK is the magazine terminology for “To Come”. No one knows why it’s a K. It’s used in print drafts when you’re waiting on a detail, like: age, TK.
What’s next for me is TK. I am leaving the publishing world behind after a wonderful ten-year tenure, though I hope to still be involved in some freelance writing and will obviously be chronicling my faux celeb life here, although it may be about to get less glitz and glam.
I’m on to a job I’m very excited about, in a glass tower, with bigger responsibilities.
Orange Coast has been a wonderful home for three years. My coworkers made me a fake magazine cover to say goodbye, and it couldn’t be more spot-on. The coverlines are hilarious.
