Y’know how most of August has been pretty chill, and I’ve been staying in Austin and sort of catching up to myself? I’m about to get away from myself again, with all sorts of trips and travels and events coming up!
And I turn 35.
35 is my basketball number, and probably gonna be an absolutely phenomenal year of my life.
So we’re in a ramp up. This week ramped up to next. Last month ramped up to this. This year, well, we’ll see what it was ramping up to!
Which is to say I’m completely downplaying how stressful, emotional, and exhausting this week was… holy cow. Unwinding and relaxing is most definitely on tap for this weekend, so I can kick some ass next week!

Got our nails done at Vertex Nails, a new salon in Rosedale-ish, 50% off your first visit! They do SNS dipping, which is like gels but with less chemicals. Mama & I both tried it and I are super impressed with our nails! The salon itself is super cute, clean, and friendly.
