Day 20 HCG Diet

I’m finally down a pound!! Wahoo!!

… maybe due to the stomach issues last night? Haha. Hopefully I can continue to lose a pound a day until this thing is done. You also have the option of extending to 40 days. Should I? We’ll see.

Breakfast: coffee

45-minute walk with the dog

Lunch (2p): Salad with peppers and celery; miracle noodles (my last bag! where’s my second order??) with 3.5 ounces ground beef

Snack (3:30p): small apple

Snack (6p): 6 frozen brussels sprouts

Gym (7p): 3-3-3-3-3 strict press 75-80-85-90f-90f

Dinner (8:30p): Zucchini Soup: sauteed zucchini, yellow squash, onions, and garlic, pureed with 2 cups chicken broth and lots of spices—yum! (ate half of it) + 3.5 ounces buffalo chicken in cauliflower frice

Snack (9:30p): 1/2 cup raspberries

… I hope when I can eat fat again, I don’t lose sight of the fun experiments I’ve done with veggies!
