You can take the girl out of country but you can’t take country out of the girl. I love nothing more than tooling around in the jeep blaring country music and singing along at top volume. Country music is my jam of choice, and of course I love the glitz and glitter of country music’s award show in Nashvegas: the 47th annual Country Music Awards. Here’s how two of my fave country singers got glam.

- Apply ROOTLIFT spray hair mousse at the base and SILK BODIFIER volumizing mousse to the mid shaft and ends.
- Blow dry with medium round brush for volume and curl.
- Secure each section into medium barrel curls with clips and allow to cool for 10 minutes.
- Drop curls and brush with soft bristle brush. Finish with STRENGTHENING CONTROL zero-dulling hairspray for hold and brilliant shine.

- raid hair into 4-6 sections to create texture.
- Once hair is dry, release braids and use fingers to shake out the texture.
- Use FRESH APPROACH DRY SHAMPOO on the roots and lightly tease at the crown.
- Gather hair to a low side pony and secure with an elastic.
- Wrap a small amount hair around pony to hide elastic and pin underneath.
- Finish with FRESH APPROACH DRY CONDITIONER for amazing shine and smoothness.
