content balance // inside blogball

I have SO many ideas

and I’m trying to figure out how to brand them all correctly

build them, but where it makes sense

but is also sustainable – i can’t be one of those people who launches something and only posts four times or records three eps or whatever it is

and fits with who i am and want to be (executive, as much as creator and traveler)

*~*Coming Soon*~*

mini podcast: can I record solo? I did for two weeks, every day, and it wasn’t good. There were good moments, but not sustainable good. So I am pivoting to a different, still short-form idea that is more tied in with this blog, so that it doesn’t compete. Now the only thing competing is my own travel content, and it’s hard to decide where to post each thing because readers here want travel content but travel readers may not want faux-celeb-lyss content, so that’s how we’re deciding for now. But know that because content is my business, what I’m doing here is incredibly personal and non-commercialized, but definitely intentional.

Also, it probably goes without saying because the writing style here is pretty casual, but nothing I’m writing here uses AI. Nothing at all on this blog runs through AI (as you can tell from the graphics lol).

Although, part of the reason for the mini pod is to play with AI voice capability, editing, snippets, content scaling, etc. So I’m working on and with AI elsewhere, it’s just not a part of YAMC blogging because it’s meant to be me, raw. Always has been, and is in line with never having monetized this blog (when I certainly could have! and life would look different!)

travel content, not yet mag:

(^see, branding still confused)

keeping this here blog alive: well, you’re reading this, aren’t you?
