SicFit Basketball?

Or something like that … I immediately loved this WOD from SicFit Austin but knew that it would suck like crazy, so when I needed a pick-me-up today, I tried it out. I made a bunch of mods for my dog park and the fact that I finally found a rock that is heavy but a shape I can deadlift, so I ended up completely bastardizing their WOD! Oh well. My workout looked like this:

First Half:
4 Rounds:
10 ~70# rock deadlift
150M sprint
10 second recovery
5:34

stop clock

Halftime
Tabata pushups
8-8-7-7-7-5-5-7

Second Half:
4 Rounds:
10 ~70# rock deadlift
150M sprint
10 second recovery
5:12

Overtime
12 burpees (100 Burpee Challenge)

10:46 total + 4 minutes tabata + 1 minute rest post-tabata = 15:46 workout + untimed burpees

This one was tough!! Turns out combining sprinting with little rest, easy deads, and tabata pushups is a smoker!!
