This is a ridiculous new post series of business advice I’m learning and relearning and relearning and relearning every day.
I led a meeting today that I was very, very prepared for—great deck, great ideas, great contributions from my team. And it gave me this badass “don’t give a fuck” attitude about the team that I was presenting to: I was sharing confidently with them, and receptive to their feedback, but nothing was personal or frustrating. It was awesome.
