All the cool kids are at the South Central Regional at GSX in Fort Worth competing this weekend! There will be streaming live coverage all day Saturday and Sunday at http://live.crossfit.com. I am SO bummed I can’t be there to watch, but between the streaming coverage and CrossFit Central’s twitter stream and SicFit.com, I’m pretty sure I can ALMOST feel like I’m there.
Out here in my CrossFit ABC123 Nature’s Garage Gym (and Playground) — the name gets longer every time I write it — the thing I miss the most isn’t barbells or plate weights or even a pullup bar (though I love me some pullups) … it’s the people! I miss .com class with all the boys and Zach yelling at me and usually Alex, usually for acting like middle school girls, sometimes working out with V, and sometimes all the coaches …
