- Fasting/low carb remind me how much I enjoy food and appreciate my mostly healthy relationship with it!
- This dog is the best.
- Ok, the post-sunset colors and the beach are pretty sweet too.
- The hammy prognosis: I no longer have a torn hamstring, now I have a “baby hammy”!!!!! Strengthen and return better than ever!
