This is the coolest art project of ever, maybe. French secret street artist JR (think Banksy but a photographer) collaborated with Tehachapi prison to create a mural on the roof of the prison, only visible from above aka an airplane. Then they added the stories of the 48 inmates featured to their interactive app—which is the only way you can see it on land.
