Almost turned off my 5:45am alarm and bailed, but so happy I didn’t. 6am:

2 back squats @ 80% 1RM = 87kg (192#)*
*added green band to control for “stanky leg” of right hammy trying to bail on the work

3 x 5 mins work, 1 min rest = 9 rds + 10 reps
6 chin ups
6 dumbell snatch each R & L @ 35#
12 situps

*hands feel like hamburger meat, had a hard time holding on to bar and dumbbells … why?
