We thank everyone for supporting DailyHap here, but I cannot even convey how deep my gratitude and appreciation for my mom’s partnership in this endeavor … beyond what she “invests” (and that’s substantial: not only time, energy, and curiosity, but some all-important $$$), my mom has always had this completely unreasonable expectation that I can do anything. Absolutely anything. It’s unreasonable and unfathomable, and yet because of her faith in me, it’s true. So on the second anniversary of my first startup, I need to thank my mom, Cindy, for her belief in me, through this and everything I do.
I also need to thank my baby brother for buying into the DailyHap concept and contributing insightful, funny, poignant articles with incredible regularity, bringing a much-needed different perspective to the pursuit of happiness. Looks like we need an anniversary photo shoot!
It’s worth noting that my dad has the same belief in my ability to do anything—and growing up as a kid under those conditions is invaluable. He just isn’t involved in this venture.
