Day 25 HCG Diet: Wahoo!

Yesterday was the final day of the hcg drops portion of the diet AND I’m down a pound! I can’t wait to eat … coconut milk, butter, cheese!! And I can’t wait to put on lip balm and lotion. LOTS of it!!

Last day on drops (but not really on drops) 500 calorie day:

Lunch (noon): tuna mixed with mustard, Italian veggie soup

Snack (3:30p): medium apple

Snack (4:30p): bag of brussel sprouts

Yoga for 80 minutes felt AWESOME. What would I do without King Yoga?

Dinner (9p): diced kebab tenderloin (still that US Wellness cut, it’s SO GOOD), kale, and garlic stuffed into zucchini and yellow squash:

So unbelievably good. If nothing else good comes out of this diet, my newfound ability to stuff vegetables with other vegetables is a serious winner. I just need to start having more people over to be impressed.

Unfortunately, still hungry … I think the drops are flushing from the system! At around 10pm, ate another bag of brussel sprouts, this time with mustard and hot chili. It sounds gross, but it’s delicious. Assuming you like mustard.
