As a woman, and feminist, and leader, in tech—from startups to literal IT—how could I not weigh in on this?

My take: Wojcicki is absolutely right: no is the only appropriate response. This man is clearly intelligent, well-reasoned, and completely misogynistic. It’s terrifying that he truly, deeply, rationally believes in these made-up biological differences—his examples are social, not scientific—instead of realizing that he’s part of and perpetuating the very socialization that created them.
